State-funded education institutions receive an enhanced EV chargepoint grant — £2,500 per socket, up to 40 sockets per applicant — to help electrify staff, visitor and fleet parking.

Who is eligible?

  • You are a state-funded school, academy, college, nursery or further education institution in the UK
  • You have suitable off-street parking on site
  • Installation is carried out by an OZEV-authorised installer

How much can you claim?

£2,500 per socket, up to 40 sockets across all sites under one applicant (up to £100,000).
