Landlords of residential or commercial properties in the UK can claim £350 towards every EV chargepoint socket installed, helping you future-proof your portfolio for EV-driving tenants.

Who is eligible?

  • You are a private landlord, social housing provider, or commercial property owner
  • The property has dedicated off-street parking
  • Installation is carried out by an OZEV-authorised installer

How much can you claim?

£350 per socket for residential properties, up to 200 sockets per year. Commercial property allowance is separate.

  1. Register on the GOV.UK landlord chargepoint grant portal
  2. Submit details for each property and socket
  3. Use an OZEV-authorised installer to complete the work
